Stevenage Leaseholders Online

In September 2009 I sent an email to Stevenage Homes querying the amount in The Towers service charges for fire alarm call outs.

According to an email I received from Laura Christie on 2 October:

We have been inundated with queries regarding the actuals. We will come back to you as soon as possible.

Michael Olawepo sent a letter dated 7th October 2009 saying:

Your comments have been noted and we will are liaising with the respective section(s) to provide the required information and clarify the issues you have raised in respect of the service provided.

Please note that we shall write to you as soon as we have bee able to collate the necessary information regarding your enquiry.

I have not heard anything since.

So, today I sent an email asking what is happening with the queries regarding last year’s service charge.

Has any one else queried the service charge bill from 2009?
