There was a meeting outside the Towers the afternoon of Monday 26th April. Residence of The Towers met representatives of Stevenage Homes and the Police. I had no specific issues to bring up, others definitely had.

Service Charge Queries 2009
September 2009 I queried the amount in the Towers service charge to for fire alarm call outs. According to an email I received from Laura Christie on 2 October:
“We have been inundated with queries regarding the actuals. We will come back to you as soon as possible.”

“Fire Fire!” That wil be £3000 please
Stevenage Homes have added a lot of money to our “repair” bill to cover responses to the fire alarm system. They normally just issue a bill detailing the actual costs. But they are obliged in law to provide a break down if requested.
